Our Transaction Services team provides high-quality assistance in all phases of the transaction process. We assist clients in identifying and understanding essential considerations related to acquisitions, divestments, mergers, capital raises, and initial public offerings (IPOs). Our clients range from small and medium-sized private businesses to large, publicly-listed companies, both in Denmark and internationally, as well as private equity firms, financial institutions, and public sector enterprises. In 2022, we advised on more than 60 transactions (45 in 2021), with a significant number being cross-border transactions. We offer our clients tailored solutions that meet their specific needs, whether the transaction is domestic or transnational.
