Arne Riis

Arne Riis is a Partner in BDO Denmark, focusing on transaction tax and international tax. At BDO Denmark, Arne Riis is responsible for advisory services relating to taxation of transactions and international corporate taxation. He is a widely sought expert in international taxation and has written articles and analysis for a wide range of internationally renowned specialist media covering said areas.

Arne Riis advises companies on national and international tax aspects of mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructuring and refinancing, including tax issues related to corporate organisation, financial products, pension and life insurance businesses and incentive structures for management and key employees.
