VideoVisit, backed by Main Capital Partners, has acquired Applikator, a Danish company providing telehealth software solutions including video consultation, rehabilition tools, and appointment bookings. VideoVisit was founded in 2007, and has since developed a leading position within the market for software services and eHealth. Main Capital Partners holds a solid track record in accelerating and growing SaaS businesses internationally and, through the acquisition of Applikator, seeks to exploit valuable synergies between the two companies and strengthen both players' positions in the Nordic telehealth industry.
