EnviDan International, backed by private equity firm Waterland, has acquired Bangsgaard & Paludan, a Danish company specialised in nature restoration and watercourse rehabilitation services. Bangsgaard & Paludan, founded in 2010, is a significant player in the market for technical and property investigations, as well as detailed planning, procurement, and supervision in connection with the establishment of wetlands, watercourse restoration, and nature restoration. Through the acqusition, EnviDan seeks to achieve a broader geographical representation in Denmmark and exploit valuable synergies between the two companies.
